Supporting Carnegie

Whether you are an employee, a post-doc, a former employee or post-doc, or a friend of the Carnegie Institution, we welcome you to the “Supporting Carnegie” portion of our website.

The Carnegie Institution is a non-profit organization founded more than a 100 years ago as a special place for scientists to carry out basic research as vast as the composition of the universe and as minute as the inner workings of the cell. Our benefactors are a exceptional breed of people and organizations that understand and value basic, boundary-free research and investigation.

We seek contributions to help sustain our independence and the originality of our research.
